The user agrees not to produce or share content that is contrary to general morality and manners, unlawful, violates the rights of third parties, misleading, offensive, obscene, pornographic, violates personal rights, violates copyright, promotes illegal activities, in their activities within the site, in any part of the site, or in their communications. Otherwise, they are fully responsible for the damages that may arise, and in this case, the 'Site' officials may suspend or terminate such accounts and reserve the right to initiate legal action. All intellectual property rights such as title, business name, trademark, patent, logo, design, information, and method, whether registered or unregistered, on the Positive Logistics site belong to the site operator and owner company or the respective owner and are under the protection of national and international law. Visiting this Site or benefiting from the services on this Site does not grant any rights regarding the intellectual property rights in question.

This article of the agreement will be valid to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The services offered by the Company are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and there are no warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, regarding the services or application (including all information contained therein) including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
If any term of this agreement becomes partially or completely invalid, the remainder of the agreement remains valid.
Positive Logistics can change the services offered on the site and the terms of this agreement partially or completely at any time. Changes will be effective from the date they are published on the site. It is the User's responsibility to follow the changes. The User is deemed to have accepted these changes by continuing to benefit from the services offered.
All notifications to be sent to the parties related to this Agreement will be made through the known email address of Positive Logistics and the email address specified by the user in the membership form. The user accepts that the address specified while signing up is the valid notification address, and if it changes, they will notify the other party in writing within 5 days, otherwise, notifications to this address will be considered valid.
In any disputes that may arise regarding the transactions related to this agreement, the parties' books, records, and documents, emails, messaging within the site, sms, and computer records, and fax records will be accepted as evidence under the Civil Procedure Law No. 6100, and the user agrees not to object to these records.
Mersin Courthouse Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve any disputes arising from the implementation or interpretation of this Agreement.
